Front Office Administrator (Full Time) (Female)



We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can effectively manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.


Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, providing information and transferring calls to the appropriate staff member as needed.
Managing Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email, sorting and distributing correspondence promptly.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining calendars and scheduling conference rooms as required.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Ensuring Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and front office, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Assisting with Special Projects: Provide support for special projects and events as assigned by management.

Salary 1 Lac To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
