Key Responsibilities:-
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented *Sales Executive* to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for *business development, maintaining **B2B broker relations, and ensuring excellent **client relationship management* to drive consistent sales growth.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with *brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients*.
* Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to close deals.
* Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads and ensure client satisfaction.
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Keep track of market trends, property rates, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional strategies.
Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel preferred.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
